DOMESTIC SHIPPING (Within the U.S.)

Shipping Cost For US residents, a flat rate of $6.99 will be charged for shipping. However, please note that it may vary depending on the region, such as Hawaii or Alaska.

Shipping Details We use DHL for our courier service, and delivery times vary by location. It usually takes about 5–9 business days on average, but please note that delays may occur due to unforeseen factors during the shipment process.

Recipient's Absence or Unclear Address Please provide a physical address, as UPS and USPS do not ship to PO Box, FPO/DPO/APO addresses. Be sure to verify that your delivery information, including street number, apartment or building number, and zip code, is accurate.

Inaccurate or incomplete address information may result in delivery delays or failures. We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incomplete or unclear addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to the recipient's absence or an unclear address, a refund will be issued after deducting the return shipping fees.
